A business entity is usually guided and run by professionals, mostly on a full time basis. As against this, NPOs have many professionals at the helm, as Trustees or members of Management Committees or the highest governing body, by whatever name called, but unable to devote the same degree of time or attention to them, owing to their busy schedules. Moreover, the Laws relating to these NPOs are just as stringent so as to make compliance a real task. Thus, all good intentions may come to nought.
